VoiceOver’s image recognition getting stuck. Restarting VoiceOver should fix it, or turning off image recognition if you don’t need it.

Dictating, sorry about that… I am running the latest 16.3 on an iPhone 14 pro and it keeps saying logo other. i've taken a look in settings, it doesn't seem to be VoiceOver is version of saying actions which I have said to sound, I really don't know what this means when it says logo other I have tried flicking up and down but it is not an action option. does anyone know what it is and how I can get rid of it, it's driving me mad!
