It would help if you told us where it says this. The first thing I would do is ask Siri to restart your device or, if you prefer to do so manually, power off your iPhone, wait maybe 15 or 20 seconds and turn it back on. Yes, I know that after an update the iPhone restarts, but I can't even count the number of times when another reboot will fix some strange issue.
