But to be clear, it is not possible to enable both Alexa and Google Assistant at the same time, but it's not too difficult to switch; I find I prefer to have Alexa on my Sonos speakers since I have it set up in the Alexa app that Apple Music is my default service and this way I can also use it for asking Alexa to play any of my audio books on any of my Sonos speakers. We also have a few Google speakers around the house which I typically prefer for asking about stuff, as for home automation most of our stuff works through Alexa just as it does through Google. Our older Honeywell T5 thermostat is the exception, it used to work with Alexa and I have the skill set up and it says it is linked, but whenever I ask Alexa to change the temperature she says she can't find the device or something similar, but I got it to work fine with Google Assistant.
