I don't use the app very often, but I was amazed at the control and added abilities the user is given regarding creating folders and moving items into those folders. If I, say, select an iPhone and go down after all of the color and size selections and get to the bottom where the frequently asked questions are, I can find the expand and collapse buttons and double tap on them and read or collapse the answers, but I can't read the questions they are actually answering unless I turn on screen recognition first. Of course, given the answers that are shown, I can pretty much tell what's being answered without turning on screen recognition to confirm the questions.
