I just use google.com/calendar. Since my company uses Google Calendar, I have one of my home page tabs in Firefox set to Google Calendar. Other than that, I usually just get to it by clicking the Calendar link at the top of one of my Google pages. I use it for both my company's calendar as well as my personal calendar. Both are synced to my iPhone's calendar.
