When I have run into problems, like this with Bank of America, I find that the best way to resolve. It is to get one of their technical people on the line and demonstrate the problem step-by-step to them. When I did encounter issues with Bank of America, that is what works best. You can tell someone about it, but it’s not the same as showing them via the steps you outlined. Good luck with this.
