If you do not have the email thread on your iPhone, create an email to yourself so you can send the attachment to your computer.
If you have the email thread on your iPhone, start a reply email. Enter some text in the body of the email. When you finish entering text or reach the spot where you want to insert the attachment, follow the steps below. Carefully explore the screen above the keyboard. You will find the following options: Note that you can flick right to hear each of these options.
