Richard, One minor one is that the select text button is unlabeled. The major one is that when reading with a Braille display, if you attempt to pan backwards, after a few times Reader will actually jump several paragraphs forward. This makes it basically impossible to efficiently read with a Braille display. I have emailed about this a few times over the last 3-4 months with no response. There is also another bug that is sound-related, but I devised my own solution by turning VO's sounds off only within Reader.
