I looked at that as well. I did go to the on my iPhone and looked there.
Someone had the idea of copying the link to the clipboard, pasting it in an
email and that seems to work.

have know idea how that got there. Then is, my at&t, then NFB newsline,
Phone drive pro, then Reader. After that it says, five items.

First, if they are image based PDF files they will be useless unless you
run them through an OCR app.
There should be a downloads folder within the Files app.

The short answer is yes.
If you double tap on a download link, it will default to downloading
to the Files App. Files is an app that should be on all iPhones unless it
was removed by the user.
For example, I've downloaded mp3 files from audiovault.net and been
able to play them from the Files app.
It may depending on the file format you are downloading, but give it
a try.
