When searching in the App Store, what appears at the top of the screen are just suggestions based on what else people have searched on. It’s not actually performing the search in the App Store. If I don’t see what I’m looking for in the search suggestions then I’ll tap on the search button down at the right hand side of the keyboard.

Now that it's back those that had it already might see it once again in their purchased apps. I looked on the app's page to see if there was contact info for its developer but alas there didn't seem to be any. So while i"m glad for news of its return I'm still glad to know of other options just in case it should disappear again for any number of reasons not the least of which being that one day it might not be compatible with an iOS update.
