Hello, To achieve the results you want launch the Watch App on your iPhone.
Go into Display and Brightness. Ensure that Wake on Wrist Raise Is turned off. Now exit this screen and go to Accessibility. Choose VoiceOver and make sure Speak on Wrist Raise Is turned off too.
