I’m not so sure about this. Amazon has addressed accessibility issues in the past. VoiceView is pretty much directly a result of pressure that was brought to bear on Amazon over accessibility. One thing I know for sure though, is that if people don’t report issues to Amazon then we’ll never even find out if they care or not. Discouraging others from reporting issues will make it even more unlikely that Amazon will address anything.
