Running IOS17 on the regular 14 model, when flicking down say from a message in a list of messages that are not unread will give you a choice of marking it as read as usually does, no problem there but when I for instance say activate that option, voiceover, instead doesn't read it as "read" instead it sounds like a few Consonants like the letter R, the letter S, the letter, T, the letter D, for example altogether instead of the word read. Not sure if you are all experienceing this as well but try flicking dow on an unread message just for fun, and when it says mark as read, double tap and take note of how it sounds. It doesn’t matter what voice you use by the way I’ve used to them all in this test and can confirm it sounds very strange to hear, irdst at least this is the closest I could come to creating how it sounded to me, but anyway, just thought I’d let you know.
