I know there are a couple others who have faced this problem. I know one
completely erased their phone and reestablished it and that fixed it, but I
really don’t want to erase everything on my phone. I called Apple support and
accessibility a couple of days ago and they first thought it was my antivirus
program so I uninstalled that and reset network settings and that still did not
fix the issue. They have now escalated to The level three engineer I guess
because they’re trying to figure out what could be going on. But they say they
have no idea as to when they might be able to determine a fix. So I was just
curious are there others also facing the issue? Dana
