I am also having the problem on my iPhone 12. I tried two voices, the
one I use regularly, Eloquence Reed, and Alex, which I have also used.
I cannot get the per voice settings to work at all. It says that the
settings are changing, but I hear no differences in the voice, as I did
in the demo.
I can preview the changes, although the speech rate is slower than the
one I have it set to, the changes are audible there. But I have no way
to actually
use them.
I do not have any antivirus software on my iPhone 12.
