Hi, 

 

I received the same message and contacted the developer.  They replied saying 
they knew there were some service issues with the app although they did not 
specify what service issues mean.  They then went on to say that if the issues 
persist then I should contact them again.  So far the app is still not working 
so I will be in touch with them soon.  

 

I am based in the UK but do not know whether the issue is related to any 
specific geographic region.

I took a picture with the Be My Eyes App and it says “Failure to analyze
