I don't think your phone is too old. I don't think the image analysis
occurs on your phone. I'm pretty sure the image analysis takes place on
servers running GPT4.

I had the same problem. I took several pictures and it said "failed to
analyze picture". So I closed the app, then reopened it. Still the
same. Then I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, reentering all my
data. I must have been connected to the Internet at least because I
redownloaded the app from the App Store.
Now it says Be My AI access pending. That's a bit mysterious because
it just said Be My AI before, nothing about access pending. But maybe
when I do get access back, it'll work. If not, then I'll write to them.
If it does work this time, I'll let you all know.
