I've been playing with the public beta of iOS 17 for several weeks now. About a month ago, perhaps less, I noticed that with an update to the beta, the haptic occurring when the phone was unlocked all of a sudden was non existeng. I am happy to report though that as of updating the software yesterday to 17.1, this vibratory feedback on screen unlock is once again back. I also noticed that all of a sudden VoiceOver was speaking temporary banners as they popped up on the top of the screen as they did two versions of 17 ago. Glad to see these have returned as well. I did see in an article that the new ringtones temporarily with iOS 17.1 in this past updated version are now no longer present in this latest version. While I liked them, I did miss certain automatically-played sounds/tones with certain functions.
