Richard, Just checking, but you are going into Settings -> General -> Software Update right? And you’re saying that the Beta Update toggle is set to off. I don’t want to try this right now, but I seem to recall that it wasn’t obvious when that toggle was toggled on. I think I toggled it on and when I came back after a while, it was good to go.
