William, getting used to face ID will take some practice. I get it most of the time now, although I have had my iPhone for a little over a year. Carolyn, how could you have an iPhone, and haven't yet downloaded any apps on it. What about things like amazon, bard, or audible, or voice dream reader. The list goes on and on.
