I have been using Newsify for years. It’s a free app, but if you pay the I think it’s $10 a year for the premium subscription, you can have all your stuff downloaded and read it off-line. It’s very accessible. There may be others with more features. I’ve had mine set up for so long I really don’t remember how I did it.
