Hello Mary, If you have either the Open Run Pro or Open Fit model, you can easily enable and disable multipoint pairing via the iOS Shock app. After the app is opened and connected to your headset, simply go to Settings and select Multipoint Pairing. Toggle the switch to, on, and have VoiceOver read the simple pairing instructions on the display. This feature does not require eyesight to enable or to use.

So I pair to my iPhone. Locked it, pair to my iPad no problems, lock that. Come back to the iPhone, it absolutely doesn’t work. I’ve done it several times over two days, and it’s just not working. I guess I should unpaired it and try it again. Otherwise, I guess I have to send them back which is too bad, because they meet my use case. But I need them to work on two devices, one for workouts and the other for zoom. So, if they don’t work they’ll go back and I’m SOL again.
