Hello Richard
I usually use the Tessa South African English voice but I tried UK Daniel
and US Samantha but the result is the same. I also changed to the font you
suggested and I switched "detect language" on. The interesting fact is that
my wife reads the text on the screen and she says everything looks fine.
This is about the forth Kindle book where I encounter this. I have many
other books which read correctly. I wonder if Kindle has an accessibility
email address where I can report the issue?
Regards
Fanus
