Hello Everyone, Would someone who uses T-Mobile as their phone carrier give me a phone number to call them for tech support? I just called them, and the rep who I talked to said T-Mobile has been having a problem on their end regarding the same issue I am having. The rep also said he can set up my voice mail greeting, but I can do that myself, and he said he can get the voice mail messages back. So the rep told me to dial some numbers, and I did, but we then got disconnected, and it is a 30 minute wait to have to call them back. The rep also said it is best if I call them from another phone though, so I gave him my Magic Jack number, and he said that call isn't going through, I didn't even hear my phone ring. So, again I am trying to get in touch with them without having to spend the entire day on hold waiting for someone to pick up. Any thoughts or phone numbers, I would greatly appreciate it.
