I just reviewe! d this thread. First off, newer phones don’t have a sim tray. My SE has a very small hole on the left side to eject the sim card. There are time when a sim card can get corrupted and need replacing. And often the diagnostic codes sent to the phone will disconnect the network briefly, so it would probably be best to go to a T-Mobile store if you don’t have a second cell line or more conventional phone.
