If you haven't tried this already, empty the App Switcher and restart your iPhone. Also, try forgetting one of those Bluetooth devices to see if you can then pair it up again. If you've tried that, and you're getting desperate, reset all network settings to see if that does the rick. You'll need to pair all of your Bluetooth devices again.
