If you haven't tried this already, empty the App Switcher and restart your
iPhone. Also, try forgetting one of those Bluetooth devices to see if you can
then pair it up again. If you've tried that, and you're getting desperate,
reset all network settings to see if that does the rick. You'll need to pair
all of your Bluetooth devices again.

Subject: RE: unable to use any of my bluetooth devices with my iPhone

I recently purchased a Focus Blue Notetaker which for the past three weeks has
happily acted as a braille display for my computer and iPhone.
But I seem to have inadvertently upset the settings and at the moment, none of
my Bluetooth headphones will work on the iPhone. I can see the devices listed
in Bluetooth in settings but it tells me that none of them are available, only
my Focus Blue Notetaker.
I have now deleted the Focus Blue in my iPhone's settings and also in the Focus
Blue's Connectivity settings itself, but still, my Bluetooth devices refuse to
work on my iPhone.
I am tempted to remove everything and then re-install them but does anyone have
any other ideas?
