Question regarding simulating double tap and hold using Bluetooth Keyboard

Dear all. Let me start by Thanking you all for running or contributing to this useful list. My question is what keyboard command to use to simulate double tap and hold. For instance, to record a voice message on Whatsapp, you have to double tap and hold. When you are done recording your message, you release to send the message. I found no way to achieve this using bluetooth keyboard. I will appreciate some solution.
