Press capslock k to bring up help mode. Then try the command. Once you discover the command “Perform long press” in this case, you can assign it to a keystroke in the voiceover settings or try and discover the default keystroke. This is one place where Mac VoiceOver is superior to IOS in that VO+HH lets you search all VO commands and will list an assigned key for that action. Sent from my iPhone
