It sounds like what you mean is a speaker that will become like an amplifier 
when you talk through your iPad, etc. 
There are some apps that do this. So you connect a bluetooth speaker to your 
iPad/iPhone and then the app turns your device into a microphone that 
broadcasts over the speaker. 
One called "Bluetooth Loud Speaker" does work, but I think there was a little 
delay. I have not used it in a long time. Its free, and the link is below.
