Check with your bank to see if they have changed the regulations on Zelle.  Wells Fargo has put a requirement on their standards for sending money using Zelle.  You must have the email address of the person you are sending money to, and you need to put it on your Zelle account.  It would make sense, that for security reasons, that this person would need to send the money to you before you would have a received button on your account.

However, if I try to activate the button, nothing happens. Interestingly, my

suggestions greatly appreciated. I’ve been at this for quite some time today 
without success.
