I've had apple care on my last four phones and have never had to use it. I'm currently using the 15 pro and will not likely upgrade until next year when the 17 line comes out, and at that time I might decide to dump apple care. Haven't quite decided. Years ago one of my friends moved, and as he had never been robbed he decided not to get apartment insurance. Two weeks after he moved he was robbed, lol.
