If you have DropBox or another similar program, you can copy the image file to the clipboard and paste it into DropBox. DropBox will create a link to the file in DropBox. Copy the DropBox link to the clipboard, and paste the link into an email to the recipient. You will want to write text in the email explaining what the link is for.
Note: If the link ends with "download=0", you could edit the link in the email message to read "download=1" (just change the 0 to 1). Then when the recipient activates the link, the large file will automatically download to the recipient's download folder.
