Hi. I went to the Apple Store to have it set up and working. Near the end of the appointment, the Logitech keyboard case was attached to my iPad. It seemed nice, and I confirmed that closing the keyboard and iPad would put it to sleep. When I closed it, immediately the iPad announced the time. I didn't think much of it, but after a few minutes of this happening, I began to notice something. After announcing the time, a few seconds passed. Then the sound that it was in sleep mode happened, almost immediately the time was announced. Let me tell you, when this goes on for the better part of an hour until I got home was like the Chinese water torture. When I got home, I called up Apple to see what was going on. First, a man spoke to me, and he had me go into settings. I sort of knew the iPad split the screen, having the main settings on the left, and what was in them to the right. In the end, he transferred me to a woman to see what she could do. She did a screen share on the iPad, and here's something to remember. There are two places you have to agree to stuff, and the second one must be done with the iPad in portrait mode, with the charging port facing either at the top or bottom of it. She wasn't sure what was up, so she did a bit of research. Evidently, some of the Logitech cases have the sensors a little off, so what happens is the iPad does go to sleep, and whatever on the case is off just enough for it to wake up. This meant another trip to the Apple store, where things were resolved for me. In a minute, I'll write what happened to get things resolved. Let's just say there are those very willing to help, and I'll never forget the kindness of someone I never met.
