Hi again. As I said, I had a problem with the Logitech keyboard case with my iPad. I went back to the Apple Store to learn what could be done. I told the person working with me what I learned from Apple, and the plan was to get me another Logitech keyboard case and see if it did better. The reason I settled for that case was it was $100 less than the one Apple made. I did ask if I could pay for the Apple Magic keyboard over time, but that requires an Apple Credit Card, and I closed that account a while back. I was planning on just taking the iPad home without a case, and maybe get the Magic keyboard in a month or so. We tried it on my iPad, and it worked flawlessly. It was taken off, and I waited for another Logitech case to be attached. The woman working on my iPad came back fairly quickly, and informed me things could be done for me to have the Magic keyboard, and it wouldn't cost me a cent. I was very thankful and happy for this to happen, and I asked how this could happen. Evidently, someone just being nice paid the difference between the two keyboard cases. That's $100 someone basically gave me for the keyboard. I have no idea who did this, but that kindness means the world to me. Let's just say that the past week or so hasn't been the best for me, and the generosity of someone willing to help someone out was just the thing I needed. I can't thank the anonymous individual enough, and if I can help someone out there, I'll happily do it.
