Hi Raul, I'd be careful with that advice to downgrade. I haven't had time to really read up on this, but I heard something that when iTunes 11 is installed it upgrades your library and that apparently this may mean you can't downgrade to iTunes 10 any more.

If you have an older installer of iTunes, then you can remove what you have, and install from the older exe file. I think where you might run into issues is if the new iTunes has copied things over to your new iDevice which requires the newest iTunes.
