Kathy, This is not a physical keyboard but an app which allows you to use Grade 1 braille to type text on your touch screen.
I won't go into this further because this has been discussed to death in the last week or so already even though the app will not be available until the end of January. You can lookup Braille Touch in the archives or go to their website at www.BrailleTouchApp.com and read all about it. There is also a Podcast demonstrating how this works on www.Applevis.com.
