In the lower left corner there is a button for track orute or simular. Beside 3D view, what does the voice say in english on this button? Double tap on this track button once it is set on track, double tap once more and it is set to track with directions. Now Maps will talk if you move your iPhone. Only tell where you are going. Not where you shall go.
