Eric, I'm with Victor, have the iPad Mini with cellular.
I use iPad apps such as news papers etc, I also use a lot of other apps which although on iPhone and iPod, are more feature rich with buttons etc when used on an iPad. I would not benefit as much from a WiFi only model, as I use data out and about.
