Two finger double tap answers and ends phone calls. You can practice the gesture in the practice area - settings, general, accessibility, voice-over, practice area. This is how I always answer my iPhone.
Oh, do not press the power button whilstill the iPhone is ringing. Pressing power button automatically sends the call to voice mail.
