You aren't suppose to get letters in brailletouch if you drag your fingers around the screen. Are you holding the phone as instructed in the help section with the screen away from you, not flat on the table, and with your fingers that will make the braille patters at either end of the phone rather than as they would be when typing on a keyboard that is flat on the table? SoundwSounds like this is your problem.
