Hello! I heard there are people who work for it and answer question of the picture you send unless it's computorized already? Maybe your picture wasn't so common and the person took a while to get to you? Just a guesss. I have tried wiz-wiz and I am really confused. Thanks! The descriptions sometimes don't help me.
