Hi Scott, Did you make sure you had Web Workers enabled and not just IQ Engine? Also, did you make sure you really had a good picture of the label?
I took a picture of a can of Varathane once and asked "What kind of Varathane is this" since I wasn't sure if it was for interior or exterior use and if it was a Matte, Gloss or Semi-Gloss finish. The answer came back "Interior Varathane, can't read the rest, give the can a quarter turn clockwise". I did so and send another picture with the same question and then got a perfect answer.
