Hello Alan. As Grant mentioned, you don't need to know exactly where the letters are. If you have a basic idea of where they are on the QWERTY keyboard then you can use Fleksy without issue. Since there are several combinations of four letter words for example which could equal a specific word you want, after you type it and swipe to the right, Fleksy will tell you what it thinks you mean. If that is not the right word then all you have to do is swipe down until the right one is chosen. This is the best text predicting available on the iPhone. I hope that helps.
