Hi, Consolidating your library means that any files that are part of your iTunes library but are stored somewhere other than your iTunes library folder get copied to that folder. As far as I know, the only time you can join files in iTunes is if you choose the Join Tracks option when importing a CD. You'll need to use a video editor to join two videos.
