Now that is ashamed, you should if you wish ask a questions, iTunes is a problem in many ways, depending on what you want to do with it and you should feel free to ask. That said, I am not the iTunes expert but it does what I want from it at this particular moment.

I could totally understand why a person might be annoyed by such a post. I tend to just delete these myself.
