Friends, I followed steps mentioned. Couldn't report problem to apple. After clicking on report issue, apple support page pops up and unfortunately no where I could find an option to select the nature of the issue and a field to enter the comments. Your assistance is highly appreciated please. Using jaws on windows seven and latest version of itunes.
