Hi, Firstly I want to say that this is the best app for reading things on the fly, due to the video mode. This saves the hassle of having to take numerous photos.
I agree that my experience has varied. If I take my digital radio for example, I can read the station names as I scroll through them, but I cannot get enough information when scrolling through the menus to figure out which menu I have opened. I suspect that text size and contrast are the issue here. Hopefully as they fine tune the OCR algorithums and as iPhone cameras get better, things will improve. Apps like these could bring so much independence to people like us. Well they already are, but it can only get better. Huge praise and thanks to the developer of this app. I gave it a 5star rating on the day I grabbed it.
