Don`t know about folders, but some notes program have pin code or password
protection that can be enabled in their settings. You can then import and
save different type of documents like word, pdf. N+Otes have this options it
looks like + notes recorder in built, but the iCloud part of N+Otes does not
work here. That is irritating since the program is fully accessible and
seems to work well.
If memory serves, i believe Nebulous have a password option with more signs
i.e. letter and numbers.
