We have submitted an update to Talking Goggles to the app store yesterday. 
The main improvements are the addition of a settings pages (in global 
settings, outside of the app itself) that you can use to either increase 
speed or improve quality of recognition. We have also adjusted the 
descriptions of the buttons for better use using voiceover. Plus the video 
mode is rock stable now.

This new 1.3 version of Talking Goggles should be available within a few 
days. Please try it out when able and let us know what we can do further to 
improve it for the blind and low vision users.
