Hi, anytime an app has an update, you can update it either on your phone or through iTunes. On the phone, open the App Store, choose the Update tab on the far right, and either press Update All for all your apps, or the Update button associated with the one you want to update. In iTunes, find Apps, and choose the Check for Updates button. Again, you can update all or individual apps. Once they're updated, sync your phone with your computer, and the apps on your phone should be updated automatically.
